Hey all,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on our YouTube channel. Originally Deanna and I were going to take the end of September off to go to Acadia National Park. Turned out that both our full-time jobs were getting pretty busy so we had to cancel that vacation and work instead. We still had high hopes for Acadia National Park sometime in the fall, but we had a back up plan of doing a fall foliage road trip instead. Well, looks like we may possibly miss that opportunity as well due to a medical issue haha.
Although it will be an expensive procedure (like most surgeries) it is nothing too serious and we aren’t worried about it. I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case any of you look forward to seeing our content each week. We still have a couple videos I need to edit and put together, but unfortunately we don’t have a huge backlog of content to rely on with our full-time jobs. 🙂
So to fill in the gaps of our videos, I may concentrate on some more of the blogs posts rather than worrying about getting out there and adventuring while I am recovering. I have a few ideas that may involve some of the previous footage we shot in the past that I might compile together…but so far they are just ideas. Thanks for being patient with us! It should only take a week or two in order for me to recover enough for some lighter hikes. Not going to let this hold me down but also don’t want to rush things and cause re-injury.
Deanna or I will probably put a quick update post out here to let you all know if I made it out ok. 😉 Until then, hope you all are still getting out there on your own adventures and exploring all you can!
