Peach Hill Park near Poughkeepsie, NY

Peach Hill Park is one of those parks you’ll have to see in person if you live anywhere near the area. I had just happened to be looking around on google maps for places to hike near where we were traveling for the day and spotted this hidden gem. I looked at the reviews/pictures and I was sold.

This park has very well maintained paths (they mow the paths!) and has beautiful views once you get near the summit. Not to mention the park itself is beautiful just walking among the historic peach/apple orchard that used to thrive there.

I definitely recommend this park to anyone wanting a nice secluded location with great views! (bring the picnic supplies as there are plenty of places to sit down and absorb nature while you enjoy your meal!)
