This was a great little hike with surprisingly good views once you get to the top of the tower! It is most definitely dog friendly and Blaze enjoyed it very much. 🙂 The trail starts off fairly level then gradually increases as you make your way up Mt. Tom. It is not a huge elevation gain so don’t let the term “Mt.” keep you from exploring this great state park.
There is also a beach with some parking for those warmer summer months. We didn’t go the right time of year to enjoy that but maybe some time in the future!
