Exploring Nashville, Tennessee
TRAILS AND HIKING
So, it turns out there is quite a bit to do in and around Nashville, Tennessee! In the video at the top of this post we mostly just showed you around a nearby park called Percy Warner Park. If you do want to go check out that park as well, CLICK HERE for the trail map. Turns out those are quite helpful.
There are a ton of local trail heads in the area, you literally just need to type ‘hiking’ in google maps and bam. There you have it. We just happened to pick one southwest of Nashville because is was semi-close to Trader Joe’s and Deanna is kind of obsessed with that store.
OTHER FUN THINGS TO DO
If you are like us and just happen to be in town near Oktoberfest…go. It was a really fun time with some really nice choices of adult beverages. There is also a good amount of food choices along with your typical carnival style food as well.

Oh, and if you haven’t been to the Grand Ole Opry (honestly we didn’t go either), but I heard it is pretty fantastic. There is a lot of history to that place and honestly it is an iconic landmark in the city. So if you go to Nashville, highly suggest hitting this place up if you have time.
We attempt to hit up River Front Park but were denied due to lack of parking on a business day. Who would have thought? We did manage to head over to Centennial Park after Deanna visited the doc. Beautiful area and I definitely recommend hitting that up one a beautiful day.
